Dear Parents & Carers,
Kindergarten 2020 officially commences their first day of big school tomorrow, Thursday 6th February. Kindergarten students and their families will meet in the School Hall at the beginning of the school day at 8.30am. To assist with car parking on Thursday morning, our school Oval will be open for all Kindergarten parents, families and relatives. To get to the Oval you enter through the gates of the staff car park at the back of the school behind the Infant’s classrooms.
We are seeking a group of parent helpers (mums or dads) who could devote 30 minutes each morning (except Mondays) to return Library books to the Library shelves in preparation for Library borrowing to occur each day. You could commit to one morning per week or up to four mornings each week. This will be done straight after the morning assembly. We are looking for 2-3 parents helpers for each morning. If you are able to assist please contact the School Office.
Issue 1 of Scholastic Book Club was sent home today. All orders are done online and the closing date for Issue 1 is Friday 21st February.
This Friday, 7th February, the School Leadership Team will be attending a professional development day at the Catholic Education Office in Macarthur. We welcome Mr Don Spencer as the relieving principal for the day.
